As a data-driven decision maker following Chartr's insights, you understand the importance of using evidence to support your conclusions. But in order to take things further and make truly effective decisions, you need to also be able to contextualize and systematize the way you make choices.
Join us for an active learning workshop on decision making and a glimpse into our Master in Decision Analysis (MDA) curriculum. In this session, we will discuss research on how our decision-making process works, explore when it goes astray, and introduce a framework for systematizing choices. You will take the first step to building a toolkit of concrete skills to advance your career and understand how the MDA can help you become a more confident decision-maker and leader.
Please note that this session will require participants' active participation in order to effectively demonstrate our active learning methodology. Due to the interactive nature of the event, we will not be able to record it.
Facilitated by: Geneva Stein, MDA Head Instructor
We will share short pre-reading material for review before the session to facilitate active participation.
Register before April 8.
