MDA Students - Thesis Extension Request Form

Submit this form to request a thesis extension.
Students may apply for an extension to continue working on the thesis for up to one calendar year from the end of that academic year.
If the extension is granted, there will be an additional fee of $500 for an extension from May to August or $2000 for a one-year extension (May to the following May), due immediately at the beginning of the extension period.
Students may apply for additional one-year extensions, not to exceed 3 total extensions, if needed and approved by the Director of Graduate Programs.
