In today’s increasingly interconnected world, the ability to analyze and navigate complex situations on a personal, team-based, and organizational level is essential for any aspiring leader. In this session, we will discuss and apply tools to understand the complex causal relationships which underlie social systems, in order to make better informed decisions and achieve desired outcomes in any context. We will examine fundamental concepts to understand the underlying structures of cause and effect, especially in non-linear situations. We will work through examples and case studies from Minerva’s Decision Analysis curriculum and discover how our graduate programs can help you become a more confident decision-maker and leader.
