February 16
4:00 pm PST
From scientists to operations managers, rising managers to senior leaders, professionals looking to advance in any industry, including biotechnology, must be able to tackle complex challenges with systematic and structured approaches.
Join us for an active learning workshop on decision making and a glimpse into our Master in Decision Analysis (MDA) curriculum. In this session, we will discuss research on how our decision-making process works, explore when it goes astray, and introduce a framework for systematizing choices. You will take the first step to building a toolkit of concrete skills to advance your career and understand how the MDA can help you become a more confident decision-maker and leader.
Please note that this session will require participants' active participation in order to effectively demonstrate our active learning methodology. Due to the interactive nature of the event, we will not be able to record it.
Facilitated by: Geneva Stein, MDA Head Instructor
We will share short pre-reading material for review before the session to facilitate active participation.
