Gloria Tam, Ph.D. oversees the strategy, development, and implementation of Minerva’s partnerships in executive education and professional learning. She works closely with Minerva’s Academic and Product teams, as well as external industry experts and instructions designers to develop curriculum design, pedagogy, impact measurement, and professional learning programs. She also teaches the Complex Systems Cornerstone Course and Social Sciences classes at Minerva.
Prior to Minerva, she served as the Executive Director of Strategic Initiative and Executive Education at the Yale School of Management Center for Customer Insights. She previously served as the Head of Onboard Learning at McKinsey & Company, after spending over eight years as a management consultant specializing in healthcare-related strategy and organizational transformation. Gloria earned her Ph.D. and bachelor’s degree from the University of Cambridge, majoring in genetics and neuroscience.
