IMPACT & OUTCOMES

Lead Anywhere: Outcomes with Global Reach

Minerva students don’t just graduate — they lead, innovate, and drive change around the world.

Our unique education model equips students with the skills, mindset, and global experience to make meaningful impact from day one. Whether launching climate tech startups, shaping public policy, or pursuing advanced research, Minerva graduates leave prepared and already in motion.

A Powerful Impact from a Small but Mighty Network

With just seven graduating classes and just over 1,000 alumni across our undergraduate and graduate programs, the scope of their achievements is extraordinary. This small yet global community has already earned competitive scholarships, founded dozens of ventures, and taken leadership roles at top organizations worldwide — proof that Minerva’s impact is outsized compared to our scale.

By The Numbers

Minerva Alumni work across sectors at Google, NASA, McKinsey, DeepMind, the United Nations, and the World Bank. More than 100 student-founded ventures and nonprofits are active in the world today.
