D’Andre H. Wilson, M.Ed.

D’Andre Wilson is Executive Vice President of Strategy and Administration at Minerva University, where he leads academic operations, student life, global rotation experiences, instructional technology, institutional effectiveness, and new program implementation. A strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in higher education, Wilson is responsible for ensuring Minerva’s innovative academic model is delivered with operational excellence and consistency across all global locations.

Prior to joining Minerva, Wilson served as Chief Operating Officer at KIPP Baltimore, where he led organizational strategy, finance, and student recruitment. He previously held senior roles at Chamberlain University and Strayer Education Inc., overseeing multi-campus operations, student services, faculty development, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. His leadership has consistently driven enrollment growth, improved student outcomes, and advanced institutional performance.

Wilson holds a Master of Education in Leadership of Educational Organizations from American Intercontinental University and a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Leadership from Hampton University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Management from Northeastern University.
