Daniel Folkinshteyn is a finance scholar and educator specializing in financial markets, investor behavior, and financial innovation. He is a Professor in the Business School at Minerva University, where he teaches courses in global financial strategy, financial modeling, and business fundamentals. Prior to joining Minerva, he spent more than a decade at Rowan University, where he developed courses on cryptocurrency, blockchain applications, and fintech, alongside core finance offerings. \n Supported by more than $425,000 in competitive grants from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, his recent work investigates the potential of exchange-traded derivatives to improve recycling markets and connect environmental policy with market-based solutions. \n Through both his research and teaching, Dr. Folkinshteyn emphasizes bridging theory and practice, equipping students with the critical thinking and problem-solving skills needed to navigate the evolving financial landscape.
